Linda Blore is a Partner in KPMG’s Corporate Finance team and sits within the broader Deal Advisory and Infrastructure division. Linda is a strategic advisor to private and publicly listed companies who are accessing debt financing for acquisition, project development, refinancing or capital structure optimisation purposes. Prior to joining the KPMG Partnership in February 2021 Linda held senior roles in various domestic and international banks over a 20 year career, with a particular focus on project and acquisition finance in the infrastructure, energy, transport, and natural resources sectors. Linda also has experience working with businesses in the Financial Services sector and equity investors in the private capital space. Linda is currently involved in various advisory mandates that involve raising debt capital from government policy lenders, domestic and global banks and non-bank institutional capital lenders. ESG is a key focus for global debt investors and in an advisory context Linda assists borrowers to navigate those conversations and negotiations to maximise debt appetite and optimise debt terms. Linda has a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Pure Mathematics and a Bachelor of Laws, both from the University of Adelaide.
